Payment Terms: Deposit Only

The remaining balance is due in full on or before the scheduled service date.

Price Adjustment: The final invoice amount is subject to adjustment if, during the course of work, unforeseen site conditions are discovered or if the client requests changes or additions to the original estimated scope of work. Any significant change will be documented and agreed upon by both parties before proceeding.

Refund Policy: The deposit becomes non-refundable immediately upon the purchase of project materials or the commencement of work.
